Human Resources experience to include the following: Maintain employee files and medical files, reviewing files on a quarterly basis to ensure that all files were up to date.
Assist in the hiring process.
Calculate hours, pay deductions and shift differentials and enter in PEO portal for all hourly employees on a bi-weekly basis.
Provide general HR assistance to a team of 45 employees.
Assist in all areas of benefit programs.
Communicate directly with insurance carriers.
Responsible for benefit orientations, enrollments, claims processing, etc.
